Can I upgrade or downgrade my IRIS plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your IRIS subscription at any time—no contracts or long-term commitments required. Changes take effect immediately, and you’ll only pay for what you use.

Are there any setup fees or long-term contracts?

No. IRIS does not require long-term contracts or charge setup fees. You can start with a monthly subscription and cancel or change your plan whenever you need.

How do add-ons work for contacts, users, or messaging credits?

All IRIS plans allow you to purchase additional contacts, user seats, email/SMS credits, phone numbers, and call minutes as your business grows. Add-ons are billed monthly at the published rates for each plan.

Is white-label branding available?

White-label branding is included with the Elite plan (when available) and can be added to Essentials and Growth plans for an additional monthly fee. This allows you to present IRIS as your own branded solution to clients or team members.

What support is included with my subscription?

Premium support is included with Growth and Elite plans. Essentials users can add premium support for a monthly fee. All plans include access to our onboarding library, community, and ticket-based support.

Can I integrate IRIS with MLS, Zapier, or other tools?

Yes. All IRIS plans support integrations through our add-on marketplace, including MLS/data integrations, Zapier, Mailchimp, and more. MLS/data integration is available as an add-on to any plan.
